Delete your Niulyfe account
For the Niulyfe app by Niulyfe App Inc., on the App Store and Google Play.
In the app
- Open Niulyfe, go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom. Without a subscription, tap the person icon at the top of the screen instead.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Sign in again: enter your password, or continue with Apple or Google.
- Slide to delete.
Without the app
Email support@niulyfe.com, tell us the email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. Before we do, we confirm with you at that address.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will be charged again.
What is deleted
Your account and its data are deleted from our systems within 30 days, and Niulyfe's copy on your phone is cleared.
What stays
